Make your voice heard! Legislative Advocacy Day is April 18th.

The California Medical Association (CMA) will host its 43rd annual Legislative Advocacy Day on April 18, 2017. The conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand in Sacramento.

Attendees will have the opportunity go to the Capitol throughout the day to meet with legislators on health care issues. The meetings will be scheduled and coordinated by local county medical societies.

This is a unique event for California physicians and is free of charge to all CMA members. Plan to join more than 400 physicians, medical students and CMA Alliance members who will be coming to Sacramento to lobby their legislative leaders as champions for medicine and their patients.

On March 29, 2017, CMA will host a webinar for all registered attendees. This webinar will review in detail CMA’s list of bills to be lobbied, effective advocacy tips, and other relevant program information.
